capacity for the attached one is 500L, it can be customized from 100L-10000L or over. material: SS304 or 316L. Temperature controlled, pasteuriser, filter, cutter and agitator is built in. The vat could be heated by steam or by hot water.
the heat capacity is 3 squre meters, it can be heated up to around +98 Celsius.
the steam consumption is 200kgs/H.
agigator speed can be adjusted from 0-100rpm, normally 30-36rpm
cutting tool speed can be adjusted from 0-100rpm, normally 18rpm.
